Crab Cakes photos

 
I meant to post these photos the other night, but forgot, so here they are. yes, the middle cake needs turning, but it was the last one in he pan, so last one turned! US Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) cooks up a little differently to what we are used to in NZ, so these were VERY crunchy on the outside, but very yummy:)
 
Fresh avocado, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce crab cakes and lemon wedges...and a small bowl of white rice to go with it all.
